Twisted Log Cabin Workshop, April 10-11th, 2015

On Friday and Saturday, April 10th and 11th, a group of Quilters got together with Jennifer Houlden for a great workshop.  Twisted Log Cabin is a paper pieced quilt and a bit of a challenge, but what a wonderful finished product.

Here is a note from Lorna M. regarding the workshop:

Ten ladies gathered with Jennifer Houlden in the basement of the church on Friday morning and suddenly started dancing and singing, “Let’s Do the Twist!” Well, that’s not exactly what happened, but we had a great time making and then turning the twisted log cabin blocks. The more we turned and twisted the more amazed we were by the number of possible designs we could produce. Everyone agreed it was a wonderful workshop, and several participants are already making plans to try a second version of the design.
