The highlight of the meeting was the two Trunk Shows by Guild members Carol V and Ruth M.
What amazing quilts!!
Ruth showed her quilts first. She started with one of her early quilts and continued with her progression through piecing, hand quilting, hand applique and machine quilting.

Carol’s quilts included hand and machine quilting, applique and embroidery all done with her improvisational and unique style. Her T-shirt quilts, comic book quilts and quilts with words were very eye-catching and interesting.

It was wonderful to see the quilts of two very talented women. Ruth and Carol have different styles, but are both at the top of their game!!!
The meeting ended with another great “Show and Tell”.
