September 14, 2017 Meeting

Our first meeting of the 2017 – 2018 LFQG will be held next Thursday, September 14.

Show and Tell:  Remember back in grade school and when you returned from summer vacation your teacher  asked you to write a short story on what you did during the summer?  Well, we want to know what quilting projects you completed this summer.  Usually you can bring up to 2 items to Show and Tell, but for this meeting only, it’s expanding and you can bring up to 4 quilting projects you finished this summer.  We had to limit this to 4 projects for the ‘over achievers’

Registration:  If you haven’t already submitted your registration/volunteer form please bring it along with a cheque to the meeting.  There is a link to the registration/volunteer form on the blog at the top of the left side bar.

Notion of the Month:  please bring a hygiene, toiletries products to be given to My Sisters Place.   Their wish list indicates they are are needing full size shampoos/conditioners, tampons, pads, full size body wash

Also, don’t forget the following:

Cup: for coffee/tea.  Yes, treats will be provided to celebrate our first meeting.
